Residential Carpet Cleaning
Reasons your carpet needs professional care
Healthier for kids & family
Carpets trap bacteria, mould spores, and microscopic particles that regular vacuuming simply can't remove — especially important in homes with young children.
Dust & allergen removal
Dust mites, pollen, and allergens accumulate deep in carpet fibres over time. A professional clean dramatically reduces triggers for asthma and allergies.
Remove pesky stains
Coffee, wine, mud, and more — our targeted pre-treatment and steam extraction process lifts stains that household products leave behind.
Remove pet hair & dander
Pet hair weaves deep into carpet fibres. Our process extracts embedded hair and dander, leaving a fresh, clean result that pets and people alike can enjoy.
Extend carpet life
Built-up soil acts like sandpaper on carpet fibres over time. Regular professional cleaning preserves your carpet's appearance and significantly extends its lifespan.
Eco-friendly products
We use environmentally responsible cleaning solutions that are tough on dirt but gentle on your carpet, your family, and the planet — no harsh chemical residues.
Our 6-step cleaning process
Inspection of Carpet Fibre & Condition
Before anything touches your carpet, we take the time to understand what we're working with. Knowing the fibre type and current state of the carpet means we can tailor our approach and give problem areas the extra care they need.
01 - Assessment
Dry Soil Removal
Most people don't realise that the majority of what's lurking in your carpet is actually dry debris. We remove this first — skip this step and it turns into a muddy mess the moment moisture is introduced, making your carpet harder to clean, not easier.
02 - Preparation
Pre-Spray and Spot Treatment
A pre-spray is applied across the carpet to break down stubborn soils and lift them away from the fibre before the main clean begins. Additionally, any spots and stains may require a tailored solution applied.
03 - Treatment
Agitation of the Carpet
The solution is actively worked into the carpet to maximise penetration, ensuring soils are fully broken down and dislodged rather than simply sitting on the surface.
04 - Agitation
Hot Water Extraction
This is where the deep clean happens. Water is driven into the carpet and immediately drawn back out, pulling with it dirt, residue, cleaning chemicals, and buildup that surface cleaning simply can't reach. The carpet is essentially rinsed clean.
05 - Extraction
Grooming of the Carpet
Once the clean is complete, the carpet is groomed to restore its natural appearance, leaving the pile sitting evenly with no marks or tracks from the cleaning process. Additionally this helps with drying times.
