Stain & Spot Treatment
Our Process
Stubborn stains don't stand a chance. We use professional-grade equipment and targeted chemical treatments to lift even the toughest marks — without damaging your carpet fibres.
We use hot water extraction — the most effective method for deep stain removal. High-temperature water is injected under pressure into the carpet pile, breaking down stain compounds at a molecular level, then immediately extracted along with the dissolved soils and residues. This method is recommended by most carpet manufacturers and leaves no soapy residue behind — a common problem with over-the-counter foam treatments that can actually attract more dirt over time.
We tailor the chemical to your carpet fibre — Not all carpets can handle the same chemical strength. Delicate natural fibres like wool require mild, pH-balanced treatments, while synthetic fibres can tolerate stronger formulas. We assess your carpet type before applying any product.
Targeted treatments for every stain
Different stains require completely different chemistry. There's no one-size-fits-all solution — using the wrong product can permanently set a stain or damage carpet fibres. Our technicians carry a full range of specialist spotting agents.
Wine & juice
Tannin-based stains treated with oxidising agents that break down pigment compounds without bleaching surrounding fibres.
Coffee & tea
Protein and tannin combination treated with enzyme-based and acid spotters for complete colour removal.
Rust & metals
Specialist rust removers with oxalic acid safely dissolve iron oxide deposits without affecting carpet dye.
Bodily fluids
Enzyme treatments break down proteins and eliminate odour at the source. UV light used to locate all affected areas.
Paint & ink
Solvent-based spotters dissolve synthetic pigments. Water-based and oil-based paints each require different approaches.
Food & grease
Alkaline degreasers emulsify oil-based soils, while enzyme treatments handle organic food residues.
